A real presence in the territory. One that people could feel.

Apialia is a network of agencies with a real presence in the territory, and it needed that presence to be felt. In a sector dominated by large digital platforms, the brand had to do something screens cannot: appear on the street, in the neighbourhoods, close to the people thinking about buying or selling.

The goal was not just to gain coverage. It was to generate a kind of visibility that left a mark and that its own agents could see, touch, point to and feel as their own.

A campaign that literally moves.

Kokoro designed a multichannel campaign with a clear creative axis: to show, in a physical and tangible way, that Apialia moves to sell.

The differentiating piece was a transparent truck that recreated the interior of a home, driving through strategic areas and making an impact wherever it went. An out-of-home action that turned the brand proposition into something literal and impossible to ignore.

The campaign was amplified with spots on Catalunya Ràdio, reaching local audiences at the moments when radio works best: commutes, daily routines, moments of diffuse attention where a well-planned message sinks in easily.

“We are very excited. Our agents are very happy to see us gaining visibility in the media.”

The agents noticed it before anyone else.

The campaign generated real awareness and a direct impact on brand perception. The agents, in daily contact with the territory, were the first to notice it: more questions, more recognition, more conversations that began with “I've seen you around”.

Proof that well-built visibility does not just reach the public: it also energises the team on the front line.
